Mingle Log
To break some of that pesky ice, have a mingle log, guys! Space has not only warped, but converged, and there's a patchwork of scenery along with it.
Here are some places of interest, though you can make up whatever you want.
Crystal Tokyo ruins
Shattered, bare, crumbling ground, complete with desiccated corpses. A sliver of Evil Black Crystal is present and slowly infecting nearby realities.
Fancy restaurant
Glinting chandeliers, nicely-set tables (with only bread and various butters), nice view of a river...there's an elevator, but where it goes - especially in this situation - is up in the air. Faint classical music drifts through the dimensional plains.
Shopping center
Ah, capitalism...maybe that thing's on sale. Maybe there's one left!
A rainforest
The mud's two feet deep, the air's thicker than paste and-- yep. Yep, this is a crocodile nest/quicksand/a jaguar.
A castle
A labyrinthine, chilly, Gothic building surely not home to a vampire.
The Moon Kingdom
Yes. That one, if just a slice. Lot of water and elegance here - inhale the peace.
A loop
A loop of space. No matter what direction someone goes, they end up where they just were. At least it feels like progress?
Empty space
Featureless, freezing, silent, without gravity, and pitch black. Fun times.

Scratch that. Tarla looks up from her wound and the world breaks. She can't draw a breath, and past the searing light, internally slowed as her mind readies to die, she sees green. Long brown hair...
"Inferno Beam..."
A superheated jet of energy sears through the dust, scalding it, every speck a burn. Caught in her own attack, barely thinking, barely feeling, she seems to fly low out of the boiling dust and tumbles onto the ground, loose shards from the destruction stabbing her arms and tearing her uniform.
She shakes. She's never fought, not when it mattered. Her left hand won't move, she's bleeding and just wanted to be alone. Slowly her mind finds her, still cautious, still distant and not sure this is real. Tarla's feet jerk, legs twitch. Please, please just work. Just stand. That's all she has to do. All she has to do, then maybe...maybe she can ask why.

Inferno Beam
One lone arm rose above herself as she slid to the floor, formed a blue dome formed with dozens of hexagonal shapes to cover her from the storm that gathered around her and incinerated everything around her, stopping her on her tracks, striking her with the force of a full napalm strike that had Joan sink her heels onto the marble as she tried to concentrate her own force against the stream of fire, blue light melding to try to deflect it, her own stance resembling a warrior maiden on a shield wall.
She had fought before. She had trained against opponents much taller and much stronger than her when she was not older than fourteen, and upon becoming a Sailor Senshi, suits of armor were nothing compared to the power she now held.
As an athenian, she was fulfilled. This was the sort of challenge she had prepared her whole life for.
For a senshi, she was tall. Six feet of height, with the build of a greek athlete, beautiful in a predatory sense. She took a moment to look at the opponent in front of her, standing solid and determined like a Spartan whereas this girl was afraid, eyes focused on the person summoning the stream of fire, blue shield wall holding on...
Her eyes remained focused on one thing. The gem on her opponent's chest.

Slowly Tarla pushes herself up, arms trembling, one leg steady when, faintly, blue light...she tenses as the other senshi emerges. Not a scratch. Not a cut, not a cell of skin blown away...in a jolt Tarla stands. She's not sure where this person's looking but doesn't dare glance away.
This shouldn't happen. She just became a senshi. The world's starting to make sense again, she has her paradise and nearly ionized gas and--
"Why?" Her voice cracks, a vice constricting her throat, threatening to split. "Why this?"
Inwardly Tarla curses. That sounded so stupid.

She extended a green gloved arm, "your soul gem," she spoke, the tip of her blade scraping the marble floor, taking power and presence now that it was hers, winning the only thing on her mind.
That there was another senshi like her gave her feelings of confusion, and envy towards the powers she may have. But all that took priority was the fact she was an enemy, and her transformation gem had to be taken.
One way or another.
"Give it. Or I'll take it."

"Did 412 send you?"
But as Tarla asked she doubted. She couldn't matter. Distantly, through the pain and confusion she knew. She was in a line with countless senshi. She was at the end. To her right was another line, shorter. Girls who couldn't fight anymore. And between the left and right were the ones who fought anyway. The ones this senshi walked on, who cut their leotards and cracked their necks with her damn heels and took their power as they throed.
Tarla trembled. She trembled from her wounds and disbelief, and terrified, she decided. CX330 was a young star. It didn't have long to live. But in three years its light shone a hundredfold, and here was her chance to match it.

Per the orders of Section Three, all soul gems had to be taken.
"Classified."
She answered simply, standing in front of the errant senshi. Then, she jolted forward towards the gem.
((OOC: Open for a threadjack for any to rescue her, if you wish!))

Tarla, having never fought, expected everything. Magnifying her smallest movement, she twisted to the side and dodged her killer, and just as 'fast' raised her arm to bash back what she thought was coming. Too little force and her guard broke, too much or unsynchronized and a bone fractured.
Fine. She was dying anyway.
((OOC: A rescue or even another attacker would be great! If anyone wants to join in they can reply to me here, and if someone doesn't after a week or two I'll edit and we'll continue one-on-one.))
